Walk through 100 yards of your private forest into one of the most beautiful beaches in the Pacific Coast, so beautiful and restful that the giant Leatherback turtles, a prehistoric species, choose it as one of  the few beaches in the World to lay their eggs. Palm Beach Estates, a private community, is located inside Parque Marino Las Baulas State Park, where wild life and humans live together in harmony. You will hear the birds, see monkeys and during the Leatherback turtle season (October thru April) you can see these incredible animals lay their eggs in the Beach they were  born 15 years ago. This is an unforgettable experience.
 
If surfing is your thing, you can do this at this beautiful beach with large tide changes making it a safe place for beginners and a challenging one for advanced surfers. Lessons available across the street.

A convenience store is available for your daily needs within 300 yards.  There is also a complete supermarket only 30 minutes away with delivery service so you never have to leave paradise.  There are also three incredibly good restaurants in the community or several more at nearby Tamarindo. Tamarindo is a short walk away crossing the estuary by boat ( $ 1US per person) during the day and a 30 minute drive at nite, this a full blown city where you will find several first class restaurants, car rental agencies, tour operators plus excellent night life.
 
Tour operators can pick you up at Palm Beach Estates for day guided tours to El Rincon de La Vieja National Park, Canopy tours and other attractions Costa Rica offers. Rides from the Liberia and Tamarindo airports can be arranged.
 
Palm Beach Estates offers private security after sunset and the house has an alarm system connected to our property manager's house inside the neighborhood.
 
Cleaning service every third day, daily pool and deck service are included

Rates
November through April and July, $1500 per week
May through October excluding July, $1,250 per week
Xmas and Easter $1750 per week,
