I've been living in Playa Grande since 1996. I'm married to my lovely wife, Alicia, and we have a 6 year daughter, Elana Kai. We own Pura Vida Realty and have been part of the development of Grande by selling lots and we also own several lot in Grande. My office is located at the entrance to Playa Grande at the Los Altos restaurant and cabinas which we are currently operating. We are looking to rent for the cabinas and restaurant for the owner.
We are members of the Beach Community Church and are active in the La Paz school where our daughter attends 1st grade.
