Costa Rica, Playa Grande
Beginning Wednesday, May 12th and continuing through Tuesday, May 18th, a certified instructor of the American Heart Association of the USA will be teaching a basic CPR course and defibrillator use. The Playa Grande Medical Center will be obtaining a defibrillator in the near future.
Beginning Wednesday, May 12th and continuing through Tuesday, May 18th, a certified instructor of the American Heart Association of the USA will be teaching a basic CPR course and defibrillator use. The Playa Grande Medical Center will be obtaining a defibrillator in the near future.
The CPR course will be taught in both English and Spanish and there will be two course times offered per day. One at 10:30 a.m. and one at 3:30 p.m. The course will last approximately 3 to 4 hours and upon successful completion the attendees will receive a certification for Basic CPR and Defibrillator use.
There is a cost involved, per person, and proceeds will be used towards improving the Health Care Program for Cepia and Playa Grande School children.
