My name is John Hall Lahoud Jr and I first came to Costa Rica 20 years ago in search of a new life and way to live. I wanted more than a 9 to 5 existence so I decided, after I graduated from College 15 years ago, to make a fresh start in Costa Rica. So I shipped down a tricked out camper truck and proceeded to travel the whole country surfing and camping. I gained invaluable experience and got to see all the amazing sites of this beautiful country.  The whole time I was looking for a place to settle down and was thoroughly researching land values in every province. I worked hard on Spanish with enabled me to gain valuable insight by talking directly to local owners. I gained a complete picture of the whole real estate market. I’ve bought, built and sold over 50 properties on the past 10 years and know what it all the important factors involved to ensure my clients get the best deal around. That means market research, to local zoning laws and civil servants, to sound legal advice you will get the complete package with Pura Vida Realty.
