Join us for dinner at Hotel Bula Bula’s own restaurant The Great Waltini’s. Enjoy a casual fine dining experience in the open air restaurant or choose to sit under the stars on our patio and enjoy your meal with a little moonlight. Either way, your palate will be treated to a sumptuous meal. Our chef creates a “fusion of the Americas” joining California fresh, Gulf coast Cajun and New England sea food with Latin American variety and Costa Rican specialties. Dinner is served from 5:30pm to 9:00pm during the week and until 9:30pm on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant is closed on Monday Evenings for Dinner Only.

The Great Waltini's Bar

The restaurant also has a fully Stocked bar that is made up of one solid sixteen foot piece of Guanacaste wood. You’ll be amazed at the beauty of the natural Costa Rican hardwood. Costa Rica has more than 3,000 species of hardwoods alone, compared to about 300 in all of North America.

While you’re admiring the bar, join us for one of Hotel Bula Bula’s famous cocktails including " The Waltini" Our Signature Martini, tropical rum drinks blended with fresh fruit, mouthwatering margaritas or a savory Siberian made with ice cream and chocolate, a must have! While enjoying your drink don’t forget to say “Hola” to Bert our Yellow Naped Amazon who is the resident Bula Bula Mascot. You are welcome to enjoy bar service all day either lounging in a hammock or sitting poolside. The bar officially closes at 12:00am but will happily be kept open until your thirst is quenched!

Breakfast is served in the restaurant every morning from 7:30am to 10:30am. Our Menu is quite extensive and includes many favorites such as "Our Famous French Toast with Rasberry Sauce", Eggs Benidict, Build your Own Omelett, Bannana Pancakes and much more. We proudly serve Cafe Britt, One of Costa Rica's most Favorite Coffees.
